Ep. 75- The Future Of Mind-Body Healing with Neuro Emotional Technique Founder, Dr. Scott Walker
It is rare to get to spend significant time with some of the most brilliant minds in the world, much less to have them become a mentor and friend. Dr. Walker's compassionate heart, love for humanity and infectious smile adds to his passion for uncovering layers of the human experience.
This episode brings together Dr. Scott's story into the world of chiropractic and mind-body research and how he created the clinically researched and journal published Neuro Emotional Technique modality.
Dr. Scott Walker graduated from Palmer College of chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 1965. After many years of a successful practice, he started developing the Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) in the mid 1980s. Dr. Walker began teaching NET Seminars in 1988 and know has thousands of certified NET practitioners all over the world practicing this healing modality.
Dr. Walker is a dynamic and motivating speaker and his articles on NET have been published in a number of professional journals. As the Founder of The ONE (Our Net Effect) Research Foundation, a nonprofit multi-disciplinary health education, research and service organization, he is actively supporting research exploring the effectiveness and various applications of NET. Dr. Walker is married to Dr. Deb Walker, NET's Co-Developer, and they have 2 sons (Scotty Blue & Oliver Scott) and 2 grandchildren (Dylan & Athena).
